At the heart of the ATALANTE 5 is a carefully engineered three-way driver configuration featuring a 28mm RASC™ soft-dome tweeter, 75mm RASC™ soft-dome midrange, and 12-inch BSC™ woofer. Together, these technologies deliver refined high frequencies, natural and expressive midrange reproduction, and powerful yet controlled bass.

The ATALANTE 5 is designed as both a precision musical instrument and an elegant piece of furniture. Revival Audio collaborated with the Paris-based A+A Cooren Design Studio, recipient of the Le French Design 100 award, to create its distinctive aesthetic.

The French-Japanese design language combines retro-inspired proportions with contemporary craftsmanship. Hand-selected walnut veneer, the signature belt-and-knot detailing, laser-etched Revival Audio branding, and the two-piece grille give the ATALANTE 5 a refined presence in any listening environment.

Its design is deliberately timeless, allowing the loudspeaker to complement both dedicated listening rooms and sophisticated living spaces.

RASC™ 28MM SOFT-DOME TWEETER

DETAILED RESTITUTION BEYOND EXPECTATIONS

The ATALANTE 5 features Revival Audio's 28mm RASC™ soft-dome tweeter, developed to deliver smooth, extended and highly controlled high-frequency reproduction.

The tweeter incorporates a custom asymmetric dome suspension that promotes more linear, resonance-controlled movement and helps maintain consistent dispersion as frequency increases.

Revival Audio's proprietary RASC coating recipe further controls dome breakup modes, supporting a refined and natural presentation with excellent detail retrieval.

ARID™ ANTI-RESONANCE INNER DOME

CONTROLLED RESONANCE FOR GREATER CLARITY

The RASC™ tweeter incorporates Revival Audio's patented ARID™ (Anti Resonance Inner Dome) technology and a large rear chamber.

The chamber is engineered to absorb unwanted energy behind the dome and reduce internal reflections. With a low resonance frequency of approximately 520Hz, the design helps the tweeter operate cleanly across its intended range.

This approach contributes to the ATALANTE 5's open, detailed and natural high-frequency response.

RASC™ 75MM MIDRANGE

THE HEART OF THE MUSIC

The dedicated 75mm (3-inch) RASC™ soft-dome midrange is designed to reproduce one of the most important regions of the musical spectrum with exceptional smoothness and natural expression.

Its soft-dome architecture provides controlled dispersion and a coherent transition between the tweeter and woofer. The specially developed suspension and RASC coating help maintain linear, controlled operation while minimizing unwanted resonances.

For vocals, acoustic instruments and complex musical passages, the dedicated midrange driver provides the ATALANTE 5 with an expressive and highly articulate character.

The ATALANTE 5's midrange incorporates Revival Audio's patented ARID+™ (Anti Resonance Inner Dome) technology.

The specially shaped dome and large rear cavity are designed to control internal reflections and unwanted resonance. The architecture allows the midrange to operate with minimal interference from the enclosure behind the dome, supporting extended high-frequency performance and a naturally balanced tonal presentation.

12-INCH BSC™ BASALT SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION WOOFER

LARGE-SCALE BASS WITH SPEED AND CONTROL

The ATALANTE 5 introduces Revival Audio's 12-inch BSC™ (Basalt Sandwich Construction) woofer, delivering substantial low-frequency authority without sacrificing speed or control.

BSC™ is one of Revival Audio's defining loudspeaker technologies. Basalt fibre, derived from volcanic rock, provides an effective combination of rigidity, low mass and damping characteristics.

The woofer diaphragm uses a carefully engineered sandwich construction incorporating basalt fibre, specialized adhesive, felt and a supporting cone structure. This produces a lightweight yet rigid and well-damped membrane capable of responding quickly to demanding musical transients.

The result is tight, articulate and dynamic bass with the scale expected from a 12-inch high-end woofer.

BSC™ BASALT SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION

FROM VOLCANIC ROCK TO HIGH-END AUDIO

Revival Audio developed BSC™ around the acoustic properties of basalt fibre. Unlike conventional petroleum-based diaphragm materials, basalt originates from naturally occurring volcanic rock and offers useful mechanical characteristics for loudspeaker applications.

The BSC™ sandwich construction combines:

Revival Audio uses large ferrite magnet systems to provide strong magnetic force while maintaining efficient and stable driver operation.

The substantial magnet structure also contributes thermal mass around the voice coil, helping dissipate heat during demanding listening sessions.
