Choice Audio Guarantee
We guarantee that all products will not arrive DOA (dead on arrival). In the unlikely event you receive a DOA item, please contact us immediately. A replacement will be provided at the manufacturer’s expense (subject to their terms). Demo, used, or clearance items will be replaced, repaired, or taken back — your choice. All DOA claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Special Order Items
A special order refers to any product that is not in stock at Choice Audio, our distributors, or our wholesalers, and must be specifically manufactured or custom-built before it is ready for delivery.
Special order items typically:

Require full payment in advance before production begins.

Have longer lead times, often ranging from 3 weeks to 6 months, depending on the manufacturer and production schedule.

Are often more expensive, reflecting their custom or built-to-order nature.
Special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Non-Special Order Items (14-Day Return Policy)

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in like new condition to qualify for a full refund (minus shipping).

Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, and be in like-new condition.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If any damage or missing items are discovered, we will deduct the necessary fees to cover repairs or loss in value.
Demo, Used, and Clearance Items
All demo, used, and clearance items are sold as is and are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are offered.
However, we do offer generous upgrade and trade-in programs. Some used items may include transferable warranties; please inquire about specific items before purchase.
Shipping Damage Claims
Any shipping damage must be reported immediately and noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Trade-Ins
We occasionally accept trade-in equipment toward the purchase of new products. Trade-in items must be received by Choice Audio within one week of your new equipment delivery.
The trade-in value is estimated at the time of agreement and subject to confirmation upon inspection. If the equipment does not meet the described condition or is missing items, we reserve the right to adjust the trade-in value accordingly. You agree to pay any resulting difference in the final purchase price.
Protect Your Investment with Our Upgrade Policy
When you purchase new gear from us, you’re eligible for our 100% Trade-Up Policy for one year. This means you can trade in your current component (e.g., amplifier for amplifier) at full original purchase value toward a new, similar component.
To qualify:

Condition: The trade-in must be a current model and in mint condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

Upgrade requirement: The new component must represent a genuine upgrade — significantly more expensive and purchased at full retail price (no additional discounts).
Condition adjustments:
If your trade-in has scratches or is missing packaging, remotes, manuals, or accessories, deductions will be applied.
Final value is confirmed after inspection. If differences are found, you are responsible for covering any adjustment in value.
