Sales Policy
Choice Audio Guarantee:
Choice Audio guarantees that all products will not arrive DOA (dead on arrival). In the unlikely event of a DOA piece please contact Choice Audio immediately. A new piece will be replaced at the manufacturer's expense (subject to their terms). A demo/used or clearance piece will be replaced, repaired or taken back (your choice). All DOA claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
Trade Ins:
We occasionally accept trade-in equipment toward the purchase of new products. Trade-ins must be received by Choice Audio within one week of your equipment delivery. The trade-in value is estimated at the time of agreement and subject to confirmation upon inspection at Choice Audio. Should the equipment fail to meet the described condition or include all expected items, we reserve the right to adjust the trade-in value accordingly. The owner of the trade-in equipment acknowledges and agrees to pay any resulting difference in the purchase price.
Protect Your Investment with Our Upgrade Policy
When you purchase new gear from us, you’re eligible for our 100% Trade-Up Policy for one year. This policy allows you to trade in your current component (e.g., amplifier for amplifier, CD player for CD player) toward the full retail purchase price of a new, similar component. To qualify:

Condition: The traded-in item must still be a current model and in MINT condition.

Upgrade Requirements: The new component must represent a genuine upgrade, meaning it is significantly more expensive, and it must be purchased at full retail price (trade-ins are not eligible for additional discounts).

Deductions: A deduction of 35% to 50% will be applied for any scratches, missing original packaging, remotes, manuals, or accessories. Items missing boxes, remotes, or manuals will automatically incur a deduction within this range. If the condition of the traded-in equipment differs from the description provided, the buyer will be responsible for paying the difference in value resulting from these adjustments.

New Items:
Sales Policy for New Items
Due to the high value of the products we sell, all new items are considered “special order” and are non-returnable. In many cases, these items are custom-built per order, and a deposit is required at the time of purchase. Once a deposit is accepted, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled. All new items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not Choice Audio.
"In Shopping Cart" Items
For items purchased but later returned, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be issued once the item is received, unopened, in its original box, and in perfect condition.
Please note: Many costs are associated with sales transactions, including shipping, credit card fees, and refund processing fees. As a result, we cannot issue full refunds. Ensure you are certain about your purchase before completing the transaction.

Demo/Used and Clearance Items:
Any demo/used/clearance items are sold on an “as is” basis and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. However we offer generous upgrade and trade in programs. Some used gear offers transferable warranties and others don’t, please inquire about the specific item you are purchasing.

Shipping Damage Claims:
Any and all claims for shipping damage must be reported immediately and noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
