At ChoiceAudio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. This return policy outlines your options for returning or exchanging eligible items purchased on choiceaudio.com.
Returns:

You can return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal: link to returns portal or contact our customer service team at 651-217-2083 or support.

All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Opened items, used items, and items with damaged packaging may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

ChoiceAudio is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. However, we offer a discounted return shipping label through our Returns Portal: link to returns portal.

Once your return is received and processed, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the item (minus any applicable restocking fees) to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or model, please follow the same return process as outlined above. When contacting customer service, be sure to specify the item you wish to exchange for.

Once your return is received and processed, we will ship your exchange item to you. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.
