TRUE DIGITAL AMPLIFICATION

TDAI stands for True Digital Amplifier Integrated, reflecting Lyngdorf Audio’s approach to digital amplification. The TDAI-2210 uses a 100% digital amplification architecture in which the digital music signal drives the speakers directly rather than being converted through a conventional analog amplification stage.

This architecture reduces the number of analog components and signal paths between the source and loudspeaker. Room acoustics can introduce excessive bass, weak or uneven bass response, and problems with imaging and soundstage presentation. RoomPerfect™ analyzes these characteristics and corrects them in the digital domain.

The result is a more balanced relationship between the loudspeakers and the room without requiring extensive acoustic treatment.

RoomPerfect™ calibration can be performed directly from the TDAI-2210 touchscreen or through the My Lyngdorf App, without requiring a computer or specialist room-calibration software. A dedicated XLR microphone input is provided for RoomPerfect™ measurement, and the required microphone, stand, and cable are included with the amplifier.
